Sometimes a picture or a chart puts a concept into better perspective than a hundred articles do.
Common supplements are represented by larger and smaller colored circles, placed higher or lower depending on the scientific evidence of claimed benefits. The snapshot illustrates the relation of one nutrient to another in an easy-to-grasp visual display.
I love this chart and the style of it a lot; I studied it the way I study maps, which is, much longer and much closer than the normal person.
